The shipping charges are shown on the website during the ordering process. In the unlikely event that there are any additional charges based on the shipping address, our customer support team will get in touch with you to inform the changes and ask for your choice to either modify the invoice amount or to cancel the order.
Entry Tax / Local Tax / Octroi charges and Inbound Sales Tax Forms
The Entry Tax / Local Tax / Octroi charges may be applicable at the shipping address depending on the local sales tax office rules. These charges if applicable has to be paid by the customer to the courier person delivering the shipment.
If your local sales tax authorities require Inbound Sales tax form then these forms must be provided by the customer.
We deliver our products only in India. The orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. PlayMore is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Please do not accept the package if it is tampered or damaged, reject the shipment and mention that the package was tampered or damaged in the delivery form and also inform the same to PlayMore by replying to the order confirmation email. Alternately if the delivery person allows you to open the package before signing, you can open the damaged package and if all the items are intact then you can accept the package and sign the delivery sheet and accept the package. If you accept the tampered or damaged package then for any missing items or damaged items you will have to contact the delivery courier company for resolution. Once you receive the shipment kindly check the contents and if there are any items missing or any items that are damaged, please report the same within 24 hours of accepting the shipment by sending a reply to the order confirmation email. Any issues raised related to missing items or damaged items will not be accepted 24 hours after the shipment is delivered. PlayMore is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer, for any transit damages you will have to contact the courier company that delivered the goods.
